We act as an intermediary between you and various service providers, including hotels, transportation companies, tour operators, and activity providers.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

4. Booking and Payment Terms

4.1 Booking Process

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• Prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified

• You are responsible for ensuring all traveler information is accurate

4.2 Payment Requirements

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking
• Full payment is typically due 30 days before travel

4.3 Pricing and Taxes

• All prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees
• Prices may vary based on season, availability, and demand
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors
• Third-party fees (resort fees, city taxes) are not included unless specified

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Cancellation by Customer

• More than 60 days before travel: Full refund minus administrative fee (5% of total booking)
• 31-60 days before travel: 75% refund
• 15-30 days before travel: 50% refund
• 7-14 days before travel: 25% refund
• Less than 7 days before travel: No refund

Cancellation fees may vary for specific services and will be communicated at the time of booking.

5.2 Cancellation by Vatteaccur

We may cancel services due to:

• Insufficient enrollment
• Safety or security concerns
• Force majeure events
• Government restrictions or advisories

In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook for a later date.

5.3 Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, cancellations, and medical emergencies.

6. Travel Documentation and Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have:

• Valid passport or government-issued identification
• Appropriate visas or permits (if applicable)
• Current vaccinations and health certificates
• Travel insurance documentation
• Emergency contact information

We are not responsible for denied entry, additional costs, or itinerary changes due to insufficient documentation.

7. Health and Safety

7.1 Health Requirements

• You must disclose any medical conditions that may affect your travel
• Some activities may have age, health, or fitness restrictions
• We reserve the right to exclude participants who pose a risk to themselves or others
• Pregnancy, recent surgeries, or medical conditions may restrict participation

7.2 Safety Guidelines

• Follow all safety instructions provided by guides and staff
• Use provided safety equipment as instructed
• Inform guides of any concerns or limitations
• Participate in activities at your own risk

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Vatteaccur's liability is limited to the amount paid for services
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for acts of third-party service providers
• We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes due to weather, strikes, or force majeure
• You participate in all activities at your own risk

This limitation does not exclude liability for death, personal injury, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters and severe weather
• Pandemic, epidemic, or health emergencies
• Government actions, regulations, or travel restrictions
• War, terrorism, or civil unrest
• Labor strikes or industrial action
• Transportation disruptions

In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements when possible.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and software, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:
